The Horizon
Dual living zones for larger households.
Indicative concept
We shape the layout around your block and your brief, and quote each project on its own.
Two separate living areas rather than one large one, so the household can be in two places at once — a quiet room and a busy one, with neither taking over the other. A layout for a house that has to work on a weeknight as well as at the weekend.
Well suited to
- Larger households, and families with teenagers
- Anyone who wants a second living space that is a room, not a corridor
- Households where people keep different hours
How a concept becomes your home
It starts with your block
Orientation, fall, width and easements decide what will actually fit. We read the land first and then work out which concept suits it — including telling you when one doesn't.
The plans are drawn properly
Working drawings come from independent design practices. We'll introduce you to one we work alongside, or build from drawings you already hold.
Then the price is fixed
Inclusions itemised and locked in before we break ground, with site costs, connections and council fees in the contract rather than left as estimates.
