Continent Homes builds residential, commercial and industrial projects across Melbourne. Most of our work is in the growth corridors — Tarneit, Clyde, Officer, Wallan, Donnybrook and surrounds — where we know the estates, the councils and the typical lot dimensions well enough to tell you early whether a design will work on your block.
We work on fixed-price contracts because the most common complaint about building isn’t the build itself — it’s the variations nobody mentioned at the start.

We check the design against your block’s width, length and fall before anything is drawn, so you know what fits before you commit to anything.

We work alongside independent design practices rather than employing designers. Once your plans are settled, permits, trades, site and handover all run through us.
